Can't reproduce, my gate still worked fine at 337.5m/s even for a tiny ship (3 blocks long).
Forgot to comment but can't reproduce this, the blueprint appears fine to me. Launches without a problem and looking at the rails themselves, I have no idea how that would cause this.
You can spawn an NPC and give him the shop keeper script to follow.

Indeed I play on the same server than John, and all our planets with high constructions are cut, like our capital-planet Cephedri with many skycrapers (= Coruscant in Star Wars). Please save our empiiiiiiiiire !!!!! (our inhabitants have no longer appartments)

ok i think i figured out another part, ive been switching between my own personal inv and one thats on my ship while moving cargo and it did it again but this time instead of just thru the ship to another ship it stayed thru to my block storage items

Rounding isn't needed for block descriptions. While you're changing that though, you could put block armor in a percentage.

It doesn't clear old hover text data from *single* block stack types, including meta items.
Can't reproduce, those ships are fine. Tried other weaponry too in MP but getting shot by them is just like it was before.

then please provide a BP of that station to see if it is the cause for spamming and maybe server crashes
i did recheck this.
there was a fix for meta items stacking in one of the builds lately.
cant reproduce this effect any longer
the 3x pulse test doesnt exist on this servers catalog anymore.
Thats not how this works ...
its only happened in multiplayer when actually moving cargo from one entity to another
