Description

This is similar to ticket T1161, but involves shooting at hostile ships.

If I spawn a very tiny pirate ship of 15.4 mass and try to use a huge push beam on it, I am unable to move it.

416 Beam/416 Cannon/416 Push

1248 total size push weapon is unable to make a 15 mass pirate ship budge at all. I should be able to completely dominate a 15 mass enemy ship with a push weapon of that size, but they won't push back. They just stay anchored in place.

Steps to reproduce
  1. make a huge beam/cannon/push weapon
  2. spawn a small ship as a pirate
  3. try to push it

Result... the pirate ship does not push back, or hardly move at all.

Tester information (Internal use only)

Momentum effects (push and pull) don't work properly against AI controlled ships.
Even with a weapon that should push something back fast when it's going full speed towards you, it just stops them but doesn't push back.

The AI doesn't want to go "negative" in speed and seems to level out at +1 m/s

Momentum effects (push and pull) don't work properly against AI controlled ships.
