Description

NEW default keybind for weapon menu switching
Showing old keybind, thus confusing.

After having to fix a broken update, I found my control bindings resetting... Took me a fair while to find and fix where it was all going wrong, especially since "Control" no longer effected weapon bar switching and needed to be rebound.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Enter game (New default key bindings not necessary)
  1. Open options, go to Keyboard settings, set "Wheel/number weapon bar switch"
  1. Change to any key
  1. Go to Mouse settings, Notice setting always says ""Flip through hotbars on mouse wheel Without Control" always says this message, despite this not being the key.
  1. Reset "Wheel/number weapon bar switch" back to your preferred key.
Tester information (Internal use only)

After taking a closer look, the default button isn't even control so "without control" must be referring to "without using a key". A bit confusing so the easiest fix would be to rename it.

"Flip through hotbars on mouse wheel without control"
->
"Use keybind to scroll through other hotbars"

The option true/false would need to be switched around though, so don't forget to change that.
True => Can only scroll to other hotbars if you're using that keybind
False => Can always scroll to other hotbars.
