/sector_chmod 12 2 2 + peace
RETURN: [SERVER, [ADMIN COMMAND] [SUCCESS] set peace on (12, 2, 2) to 'true', 0]
RETURN: [SERVER, END; Admin command execution ended, 0]

Pirates don't invade.
...
Restart server, pirates invade again.

12 2 2, and all immediately-touching sectors, are also set to + peace/protected/noenter/noexit

Steps to reproduce
  1. set simulation delay on something tiny
  2. add peace to a sector, go in it and you shouldn't see any pirates spawning
  3. restart the server
  4. now you should see them after 10-20 seconds depending on how small your spawn delay is

Yep, looks like it resets on restart. Tried unloading/loading the sector but that appeared to be fine.
