Add the Mouse 3 button (wheel button) that ain't recognized neither. A bit annoying since it could be a great alternative to call the wheel menu instead of TAB.

I also use thruster blocks as decoration block, mainly in order to do some eyes or tentacles to my alien ships ; and I hope I could still use them in their "passive" state like that.

hmm ... the only thing i have seen so far is that the universe database got corrupted somehow
(failed save, file still open , game crash ... something like that)
your provided universe has files in the backup corrupted and a corrupted catalog.
There are two stations, one labeled NX-74 Development, and the one used to claim the system. Ships were created in these two places. Nothing special.

Not valid anymore, this system won't be used anymore when NPC factions take over completely.

Increasing the default width of the menu by about 150-200 pixels should do the trick. That or implement a dynamic text scaling to fit better at all sizes...

I dont know where the files are located within the .jar, as I haven't opened it to look, but the place controlling them in-game is here:
[starmade install location]\data\npcFactions\npcspawnconfig.xml
Edit the description field in that file, re-launch the game, and the typos vanish.
At least, for the non-Steam versions. (I know Steam does wonky things with game files, if anyone can find 'em for Steam that'd be great)
Regarding the typos, don't forget the "aliens species". You're wanting the word alien, as otherwise you've got a double plural, and that just looks/sounds wrong unless you're speaking of Fish, Moose, Sheep, and the handfull of other critters that have a plural-by-default name.

Should be fixed in next version.
Seemed like a simple thing to reproduce but I can't seem to get it to crash. Could you provide your log files when you crash?
Singleplayer has to start a server too. thats how the game works. it just starts client and server at the same time and closes both together for convenience when using local play.
you can change the port for singleplayer by changing it for the dedicated server in the launcher and would have to change it back to the forwarded one for multiplayer
(or use two copies of the launcher with different ports set for single and multiplayer)
