It seems that when you order your fleet to move sectors when ever they change sector the mounted turrets disconnet from the rails leaving them floating in space. I had a fleet of 12 all with turrets moved them around using fleet command and then ordered them to return to the base. When they returned I noticed that there was no turrets on any of them. I flew around in a ship and saw that the turrets had disconnected from the rails and where now floating freely in space. As well as it seems like ever docker had released from the axis.

Steps to reproduce
Spawn a couple ships with turrets on them, form a fleet, order the fleet to other sectors and then have it return home and you'll see all the turrets disconnected.
