Description

With a fleet in sector, if a roid is spinning or drifting, ordering my fleet to idle stops the asteroid dead.

Steps to reproduce

Enter sector with a fleet.

Bump an asteroid hard enough to make it spin and drift.

Order your fleet to IDLE.

cant reproduce on latest Devbuild

pushed an asteroid so it got spinning and floating away

commanded the fleet in sector to idle

asteroid still happily spinning and moving

any thing special done ?
changes to the server settings maybe ?

I cannot reproduce this under the new update either. Thank you!
