The thing is... I've had it occur within 300m because the mob was in another sector. After not seeing the damage, I flew forward toward the enemy and had the stutter you get from crossing a sector boundary.

I don't think it matters if it is a pirate or just an asteroid. I checked this before and it was working back when we had the new explosions in a dev build. It's possible that you're just never reaching your target because missile range is limited and you're probably firing on something that goes out of range at the end.
T53 is about beams leading their target, could be related to this issue.
We had an issue with that before on anti missile turrets missing missiles. That was completely fixed though and it was fine when buffing or nerfing missile speed. At least for anti missile turrets.
Similar to T75 but in this case probably just a rounding issue.
This is a combination of multiple reports:
Saw it twice before but not sure how to reproduce.
Closely related to T916 but not a duplicate. For entirely new station blocks, there's something wrong with saving its data. Upon next load it will load something that has nothing in it so it spawns a default chunk which is a red hull plate.

this information is stored in the gameconfig.xml file in the starmade install folder.
it gets created on first gamestart from a default file and isnt beeing changed by an update because it would otherwise reset player made changes to it.
Third time's a charm
Reinstalled game completely, this fixed the problem and I started with the new inventory.
I haven't been able to get this to intentionally occur and it hasn't happened at all to me in the past 2 weeks.
How about going from LOW to CLOSED ... this is one case where a "bug" *is* actually a desired feature 8-]

I can, on a station, not only will it not undock, deleting the docker makes no difference.

Structure entity menu has an issue with power consumption/sec but other than that it's OK. Will provide details and move this issue another time.
