Starmade | 0 damage weapons still hurt astronauts

Description

I was testing the different weapon effect icons and despite the fact all these weapons should do zero damage they were still capable of hurting me as an astronaut.

Example:
100% Ion effect could damage/kill astronauts

It seems that block damage and damage dealt to astronauts are not the same variable.

  1. put 100% ion/pull or something else that's non lethal on a Beam weapon
  2. shoot an astronaut

Not fixed, 0 damage beams still kill astronauts.

However, I did notice something, I think the 1st tick does no astronaut damage but the rest does?
It's also that the piercing damage of beams kills the astronaut but hard to see that, there shouldn't be any to begin with since it's just 1 entity you hit and not multiple blocks.

Tried putting the default beam on a single tick per burst. 1st burst and the astronaut didn't receive damage/didn't die. Second burst though and he died immediately.

Partially fixed:

It's fine for cannons, missiles and damage pulse.
You can still kill astronauts with 0 damage beams though.
