Implemented abnormal collision handling. The system will warp asteroids to a save spot. The provided sector is now solved in around 15 seconds without getting stuck very much (there is a 5 sec "timeout" which is started to count down when the object is involved in an abnormal, aka overlapping, collision
Cannot reproduce. Tried higher version to join lower version game both uplinked and not uplinked.

needs check for all things that spawn in db (including NPC faction fleet ships, although none of them are chunk16, so there isnt a problem)
possibly fixed with new spawning
Possibly fixed by detaching a while ago. Cannot reproduce anymore
Task is very similar to T1299 so in case there are any remaining issues, T1299 will be put back in queue and this one closed.
Should be fixed now (2 different errors)

massively upgraded performance for large amounts of displays (1200 from 30fps -> ~80fps). Still room for improvement
Hm not fixed, example blueprint that has it (to check it out later), seems it can still happen if you replace the rails while they're moving on it.
Fixed in recent optimization round for projectiles

Hmfp, probably improved but still has issues. It's not exactly consistent so I'll need to spend some more time figuring out why it does this.

Works fine, although the damage display numbers seem to be off. Not only for explosive effect though so gotta take a closer look at that for another task.
