When a user is banned the connection rejected message will say:
"We are sorry this happened, please contact schine support for assistance"

Probably was there for a while, apparently it's a message you get for all connection or runtime issues. Including being banned.

The exact string is:

We are sorry that this has happened. Please contact our support at help.star-made.org

It shouldn't appear for being banned.
