Starmade | loaded fleet ships get stuck in a loop after a specific move order

Description

Sometimes the ship that a player is on will attempt to fly as ordered to a move waypoint.
What happens is that the ship will move slowly left and right and even turn around but never getting any closer to the move to waypoint.

If the player enters the core and trys to correct the ship, the fleet order AI fights the player for control making it impossible to correct.

Solution found was to log off and let the unloaded flagship fly to waypoint. But this leads to T1215.

This isn't a fun one, some directions seem to be fine, others aren't. I tried out multiple fleet orders in different directions, starting from the same sector every time (in the middle of a system).
nothing means the target coordinated didn't change.
+ means the target coordinate is greater than the starting one
- means the target coordinate is less than the starting one.

I should add that the two times I witnessed this the waypoint was 70km and 18 km away.

I've seen it once in a dev build and haven't been able to reproduce it since then, going to leave this one on open for a while.

Got some success in reproducing this one. Seems it depends on a very specific move order direction.

Some directions cause them to get stuck in a loop, other directions result in the fleet taking a long way (but still arriving at the end). See Tester Information

Hmfp, probably improved but still has issues. It's not exactly consistent so I'll need to spend some more time figuring out why it does this.
