They are indeed not as responsive as the ones on the faction block.
You can not easily see what state is active and what state is inactive.
Open for testing, maybe a race between building the reactor tree and loading the blocks.
More extreme side effect was possibly the issue T2624: Game crashed and station removed

Yeah, the same problem should apply,
I just narrowed down the few cases where it fails to work properly in the GUI, I assume with those base problems fixed,
it should not happen deeper in the tree too.
Was the reactor damaged?
Were chambers connected?

That would be explained by missing meshes, they will be created properly with the new version.

You can just drag an drop the file into the comment edit field
