Starmade | Cannot disable cloak/stealth/jammer from hotbar?

Description

After enabling perma-stealth in the current dev build, I cannot disable it without physically removing blocks (conduit, for example).

Steps to reproduce
  1. enter flight mode of a perma-stealth enabled ship
  2. select stealth icon on hotbar
  3. activate
  4. left-click, right-click, whatever - ship will not exit stealth mode
