Advanced Build mode shows 50e/s consumption on new ships. (Also does not show the base generation of 1e/s)
So it looks like the build mode does only consider the old system.
For the +200 armor issue, it's because you're using 2-way symmetry still. "Unset XY" and you can also see the blue symmetry plane in the background. You placed down 2 blocks instead of 1 so you get 100 HP x 2 = 200 HP extra armor.
The 50 e/sec is from the scanner/jump drive on the ship being seen as "charging" when they should be at rest. That is handled in here T2651. The other power consumption values are also from those systems (as they scale with mass afterwards).
I assume you mean that the HP values of stabilizers and chamber blocks are not correct, that should already be resolved in the next version (0.200.125) and if there are remaining mistakes there, better to make a new report about it.
Indeed, cannot be reproduced anymore in the most recent dev-build.
