Hm, seems to be still there but something else triggered it.
should now always update for missiles and pulses
compression caused it. should be fixed now. Blueprints that have been saved locally will remain broken, but server blueprints and any existing entities on server will be fine again

local blueprints lacked the wireless info. Implemented system using the manager container value updates to recursively send them on request. Blueprint save will hold off until those are received.
create world now has the option to copy over teh catalog of another world. Also, the server config has now settings to define a default handling for entries that arent in the catalog

neutral or non existing faction will no longer change the docked faction id.
Still lower case in the list, but the faction system has been fixed so it should always recognize personal enemies
