Starmade | Trying to jump to a locked sector consumes the jump

Description

When trying to jump to an sector locked with the command '/sector_chmod X Y Z + noenter' it doesn't work it says the sector is locked (like it should) but it still consumes the 'jump'

Reproduce :

  1. Get inside a ship with jump drive and load it
  2. Set as waypoint to the entry locked sector
  3. Jump
  4. It says its locked and the jump drive charge is consumed
  • same goes probably for exit locked sectors

behaviour change

when trying to jump the icon on the hot bar jumps to "not charged" and you can start and ececute a charge cycle with left mouse again.
but the jump system is still charged and you can jump somewhere even so the visuals show a not charged jump drive.
