Starmade | torch beam and boarding issue

Description

the pilot is able to spam blocks to stop your boarding process (warheads/doors/...). Most likely this will also give you a ship HP drop but it's negligible.

perhaps when shipyards get introduced, building will only be possible near them. That should automatically fix this issue.

Build inhibitor tool confirmed to prohibit placing blocks. When attempting to place blocks a popup message indicates, that a build inhibitor is used by a player, including the ingame name of the player.
