Firing a missile at an NPC shop or faction bases destroys/damages it regardless of protection.
Does not seem to trigger war either.

Not sure if this fix made it in the latest dev build. Protected sectors are fine now but any other shop can be damaged by warheads, damage pulse and missiles.
