Starmade | entering occupied build block causes several issues

Description

The mentioned issues do not occur if you are admin. Admin privileges overrides something that normally causes these to happen.

If you try to enter an occupied build block:

  • your build mode info panel will go blank
  • your astronaut will move at "super speed"
  • lighten mode will stop working
  • the orientation preview for blocks will not be aligned to the entity you're in, but will be aligned to the "sector"

How to reproduce:

  1. get 2 clients
  2. enter a build block on a ship/station/planet (doesn't matter if you are admin or not)
  3. try to enter that occupied build block with your 2nd client, make sure that 2nd client is not admin!
  4. the 2nd client will experience all issues mentioned above

I haven't been able to reproduce this one yet. On my second client I get the message "player123 attempted to take control of shipXYZ which is already controlled by player321" which doesn't let me enter the occupied block. As an admin, I am able to enter the block without the warning, but there is no issue, as stated in the report.
