Looks fixed, tried 200 entries and all my connected clients had their chat backlog intact. Something like 500-1000 entries needs to be tested at some point before release to be sure.

What is it that you call large in this case ?
How many docked entities are being spawned with the blueprint?
How many other entities are in the sector while spawning from the BP?
Have you made sure the enities arnt floating somewhere after unloading/loading the sector ?
are you able to provide a sample BP (in case it did happen mostly with one specific BP often enough)

i guess while the player who is in creative mode touches a dropped stack it should simply vanish from existance then. to remove an accidentaly droped stack.

I have seen something similar happen under the following conditions
IF

  1. You have a symmetry plane projected in build mode that is visible from the angle at which you are viewing the ship when you open the galaxy map - will show the symmetry plane(s) in the galaxy map

OR

  1. You can see the ghost image of a block that build mode gives you and you then open the galaxy map - show the ghost block in the galaxy map

Can you please provide logs? I've seen 2 crashes related with undo/redo/pasting a template but not sure where this one belongs, might be a duplicate since we already have one of that reported.

Yes, correct, that the exact known behaviour, that docking to a station that is "physical" (marker) in 2 2 2, and reaches out to for example 3 2 2 it will try to dock you to the matching position in 2 2 2.
There is currently no way around that except asking an admin to center the station in the current sector, by selecting it and typing: /teleport_selected_to 0 0 0
The physics break in this process, and you need to make the sector unload and load again before everything is updated.
