Starmade | Logic-clock Jump drive causing game stutter
Confirmed task for development, Needs Triage/UnclassedPublic

Description

I am unsure if this is a unique example of this bug, but, this ship I can no longer have at my homebase due to it severely impeding people doing anything around it while its charging the drives.
This ship also takes 20 seconds or so to open the Structure-menu due to the mass amount of salvage beams and their outputs.

Even after removing and replacing drives, the ship will continue to cause stutter.

Steps to reproduce

Supplied ship is known to cause it. Place into BP folder to access

  1. Spawn in this ship, or other similarly large, complicated, ship. Add a few hundred jump computers linked to 1 module each. Copy Paste works. This is only necessary for a new ship. Link all PCs to a logic clock
  1. Activate the logic (Delay-Not) clock to start charging the computers. If using supplied, deactivating "Jump System" Inner ship remote on the right will begin the clock
  1. Notice framerate remains constant, but, there is a noticeable stutter when moving the camera around, etc
Tester information (Internal use only)

-Confirmed-

The use of many jump drives linked to a logic clock (in this instance 1000 jump drives with one jump module each) results in a game stutter that does not match with the reading of the fps meter. Unlike the author, I did observe a noticeable fps drop but the stutter did not match with the fps indicated within game.

Same effects occur with weapon computers, weapon modules not necessary to cause the stutter.

Did not get the stutter with lights, effect computers, storage blocks, warp gate computers, gravity blocks, factories, nor transporter controllers. (tested on asteroid)

It should be noted the amount of stutter scales with the number of Jump Computers linked to logic on this ship. 100 causes barely noticeable stutter, whereas 1000 will generate a lot more.
