Normally the scaling looks at the maximum dimension of the box, which works but not for:

  • removal mode of station buildmode

already fixed,
its only in dev builds and related to getting the up scaling for large build areas fixed. (behaves different on stations and ships.)

-QA Testing-

2 issues:

  1. Station build mode gives you a weird mix of the old and new build mode though
  2. Ship build mode is better, but it has weird sections caused by transparency. The corners are the most obvious ones but the ribs also have an issue where the side you can't see, is showing through the transparent top.

Heh, I rather like the looks of the wireframe box thing from station build mode with the glitch...

-QA Testing-

The transparent parts were removed now, fair enough but:

  • The yellow colour itself is I think too bright, making that bit more dull should be good enough.
  • The rib thickness also scales too fast, as far as I can see it reaches its max thickness after reaching dimension 5 or 6. Putting that on 10 is better.

A more important issue is the remove mode box:

  • It ribs are facing the wrong direction/place, most of them are inverted or mirrored as far as I can see.
  • It also doesn't scale but that could be a consequence of what went wrong to cause the previous issue.

You only see this issue with the advanced build mode removal box, the one in normal build mode is fine.
