Can confirm slow acceleration; tested in 0.19559. With tiny test ships this is not noticeable, but with something of sufficient size it becomes very obvious; acceleration rate is very slow with the ship I tested.
I finally got a friend of mine online to test this bug with, and as such, the results shall be posted soon.

how ever ... the settings.cfg itself isnt required to be manually searched for anything because the settings should be handled through the games menu.

i did check the missile computer computer which does have 4 others connect to it and a weird pattern of beam modules.
The issue is that you can link (any?) weapon computer to multiple push pulse computers and other stuff you're not supposed to do. This causes weird issues and in this case a nullpointer exception. Check the computer link in that blueprint.
Please explain in detail the steps to reproduce the attached blueprint corruption.
seems to be hardware or OS specific to your system. i also cant reproduce it with those settings of yours.
(please next time just drag and drop the file to the comment , and dont copy paste its content as an answer)
Verified bug.
Yes, this is indeed a presumable OSX only issue, and we are not yet sure what exactly causes it.
I first observed the bug when I was in a battle where hostiles were using Logic Swarm Missiles fired in rapid succession, while these missiles were firing a large amount of missile entities were present, they did damage to us, our missiles never did damage until they turned their logic swarmers off, then we were able to damage them.
and putting in queue.
Missile explosions are queued if they exceed a value per second, that's intended since each explosion takes a certain amount of RAM and you simply can't do 1000 of them at the same time without risking running out of memory.

I only use windowed. It doesn't matter which resolution. The res actually changes, but I cant do anything afterward.

Spawn ship
go into build mode of ship
place thruster
point on it
hit R
Can still get to the thruster menu, but not by directly at the thrusters
Also received some more info from T1131, seems any effect can cause unwanted effects when hitting yourself.

Yes it's reported but exploiting this issue seems to be too hard for what you get out of it, it's T1111
It does seem that the issue is larger than I thought. Probably it affects everything that can hit its own ship.
