Nope, can switch back to the original one,
BUT
if you encounter FPS drops or bad performance it may be in relation to the steam overlay, and then the reference install can save some GPU power for the game.
No white background for me
Thats enough info for testing it, thank you.
Okay, enough info.
We have to switch in and out of control of entities a few times and see if we can trigger something.
I had it once recently.

Duplicate and/or sideeffect of other issue
This is an obsolete item.
Long time ago it was NOT possible to chain delays in two ways, they would all activate and could never be deactivated again.
With a bug-fix that stopped those updates to cycle inifnite through the chains, and only propagate into the next gate when an actual change occurs, the huge isolated code that made those "non-repeating delays" got obsolete, the new one has no special function anymore, and behaves exactly the same as the normal delay.

Do you need to aim the light to a specific spot to make this happen?

Game devs ninja'd confirmation by tester.
Confirmed to not happen anymore, and also confirmed to be fixed by dev side.
I assume its fixed already,
and can most likely be rejected on trying to confirm,
but better safe than sorry ^^

And the build-direction marker?
Could you try a fresh installation then?
Hm, did you try a fresh install?
