Seems very similar to T1039, might even be the same.
your logs have a catched exception though, that may have caused this kind of behavior but not sure. I'll forward it and see if there's anything concrete about it.

Momentum effects (push and pull) don't work properly against AI controlled ships.
Even with a weapon that should push something back fast when it's going full speed towards you, it just stops them but doesn't push back.
Can't reproduce. My salvage beam hit linked systems, unlinked systems and the build block at roughly the same time but no nullpointer.
Any ideas to what exactly caused it?

Part of this is intended. A shoot out rail will undock if it encounters any direction change. This is to prevent it from being used in closed rail circuits.
Do you mean like for slabs? Full blocks or the other non cubic ones seem fine, except for slabs which is reported here http://phab.starma.de/T875
Don't know how to reproduce, logs might be enough to fix it.
If not, put it on open again.

2 files you can move to the tmp folder:
- username_skin_upload_tmp.zip
- blockBehaviorConfig.xml.1..2...3, the ones you get by using Tab + . to override the server blockBehaviorConfig with your client one.

Test server has one of 589KB so should be noticeable too, don't know how to trigger a faction manager update though.

do you have a logfile of one of those crashes?

T1134 - Ghosts blocks preventing me from deleting a ship and distorts its parameters and characteristics
Hey, about the 3rd mistery method, it should be hide somewhere there :
I have noticed that too on the transparent block. In fact these faces don't reflect any light sources (including sun's light) that why they appear dark.
