Since the new patch, i can see through non-transparent blocks if they are connected to a crystal armour block.

place for example purple advanced armour under a purple crystal armour block. You can see through the advanced armour now!

Do you mean like for slabs? Full blocks or the other non cubic ones seem fine, except for slabs which is reported here http://phab.starma.de/T875

The Problem at one point of the ship seems to be solved as I installed the new Patch. But now I used some Circuit Blocks and the Problem is still there with Purple Crystal Armour.
