Going to test this.
Should be easy to reproduce.
Looks like a duplicate to T371: cross-sector static entities causes problems.

So .. Copying multiple Weapons (Blocks+Controller) to a single turret is circumventing the 10% penalty on multiple outputs.
However all those outputs from one turret are targeting the same spot on an enemy, right ?
Basically you are wasting all the Controller Blocks Space on the turret for the same effect as you would get for a turret with one output and the same amount of Blocks ?
Because the AI isnt able to choose unfocused fire.
Known problem and more like a missing feature.

Odd although I think I know what's causing it. If you select fill a cube hull, it normally should replace all of the found hull blocks of the same armor type and colour with the type you have selected in the hotbar. this should make wedges turn into a different armor/colour wedges, and same goes for slabs.
In this case though, because you have selected 3/4 slabs, it might override it with your selection instead of using the generic method.
As you're using an Intel GPU, that could explain these results. You should contact support here.
Any info found there should be posted in the merged task.

They were all removed in favor of the new HUD icons, that was before you could toggle it on/off though.
Bringing them back when you have the HUD icons enabled, or having the ability to somewhat customize/filter the HUD icons to still get all the previous information, should do the trick.

Should be the same issue as the one in that thread, it's covered in a different task so merging them together.
More of the same was mentioned here: https://starmadedock.net/threads/since-199-646-open-gl-crash-on-a-mac.29270/#post-344629
I have an additional puzzle piece to add:

Good call!
There's no validation whatsoever on this field, and there really should be.

The status is:
a low priority confirmed Bug that should be fixed while the game is in Alpha
What is the status of this bug? Still exists and has been 2 years now. Makes on board lock on missiles useless.

Merging to your still open T2221 report about the same thing
First ... use the nvidia grafics control center thing (no clue how it is named) and add Java to the task to be run by your dedicated grafics card and not on the integrated intel one.

closing this for now then.
cant determine the exact game version from supplied logfile. maybe a inbetween version caused it ?
weird ... any specific mouse software in use ?
