Starmade | Pasting a shipcore and faction block onto a ship or station prevents the placement of the faction block

Description

If you paste (template copy-paste function) a shipcore, faction block and (for example) a grey hull block onto a brand new 1 block entity consiting of a shipcore (or onto a freshly spawned station) that does not have a faction block already on it:
The shipcore is prevented from being placed (intended and ok)
The faction block is prevented from being placed (???)
The grey hull block IS placed (intended as far as I can tell)

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create paste template consisting of a shipcore, faction block and grey hull block.
  2. Spawn new ship core (or spawn new station, placing a build block on it)
  3. Paste the template onto either
Serverconfig (server.cfg)
 <replace this block with the file content, 
but do not remove the first and last line. 
Before using the paste function, mark the area from the 
opening angle bracket to the closing angle bracket>
Clientconfig (settings.cfg)
 <replace this block with the file content, 
but do not remove the first and last line.
