How is this not fixed yet? Its been 7~ Months since it was opened and it literally makes the game unplayable.

Also happens for ships.
it appears fine for long ping and asked a person with 200 ping to check it too.

Forgot to close this one...

This bug could have occurred after some attempts were made to fix T1180. Because I remember the defend sector command moved ships correctly before the current patch (v0.19624). But in v0.19624 I was surprised when they didn't move.
Unfortunately it seems more blocks are affected, it is visible in:
I've seen them return when I went out of "chasing" range, but it's possible they just return to the closest sector right next to the assigned position.

Yep it's bloom related. I'm also in a system without sun but it's act like if there were sunlight. Moreover I'm close of the center of the system (so close of the ghost sun I presume).
Here the result :
Pulse aswell nullify transparent block to render (barely visible on that gif, yellow forcefield blinking).
Got some success in reproducing this one. Seems it depends on a very specific move order direction.
See Tester Information for test results.

The bug you describe is there to. These tasks are about bugs only though so I'll have to split this task up if we decide this change is going to happen at some point.Yes, sorry, concretly this bug report concern angles bug in galaxy map only.
All the text after the last image in description is bonus text. It was a bit out of topic cause it's only users feedback + a suggestion ; but I took the opportunity to share the both when I reported the bug because a feedback is always good to have, and also cause if the suggestion is apply it'll work around this bug. So it might worth to think about it twice before work on that bug (solve a bug of a possible obsolete system can be waste of time). I can do the suggestion properly on the forum if it's really required (it's just I'm bit lazy you know :P ).

Don't know how to reproduce but encountered it already, might be that it is fixed already though (but not in a public build).
Can you try to turn off bloom (use Tab + F4 in-game or exit game and turn it off in advanced options)? If that doesn't resolve it, also turn off shadows.
Duplicate but can still not reproduce this issue consistently, I've only seen it happen once or twice in several weeks. If it only happens with completely new fleets, then that might be the reason why I can't reproduce it.
Raised priority because of annoyance/confusion. Heavily edited this task to be more up-to-date and clearer
Duplicate, that task's name needs to be changed though, I'll also edit the description a bit so it's more clear. Originally in T903 but then moved to another task.
It's the result of an unfinished mechanic, not a bug.
When you initiate a recall order, all ships in the fleet that have a Pick up Area set, will fly to those coordinates of the top most ship in the fleet list (the flag ship).
If that flag ship isn't the carrier, those local coordinates will most likely not line up with any of the pick up blocks on it, if there are any of them at all.
Still unable to reproduce this, I've encountered it a few times in several weeks but no clue what would have caused it.
After Much testing i have found how to slove it and yes i feel like an idiot... i simpley forgot to connect the salvage computer to the storage. sorry
p.s. i did read the other thread about the same issue but mine was slighty different and i tried to give more information.
Oops forgot Config Files, Here
I've committed a partial fix, where the scrollbar should now scale properly to the size of the contained list. This does not fix all issues reported here, but I will continue to work on this over time.
Can confirm.
Still happens whether cursor is centered or not.
Makes the game pretty much unplayable.
I can concur with Ithirahad here. Ive noticed the same behaviour when some of my drones get near to each other as well as another asteroid.

I can say that a slight user-oversight meant that the smaller brick-with-cockpit drones indeed dont have their salvage computer connected with a storage block. Didnt realise this was the behaviour at the time of creating and testing, as my larger vessels were not mining too well at all.
Still happen in 0.19624
