This seems a little odd, If a player wants to test whether his ion effect passive is maxed out, or if an inner ship remote on their hotbar does what its meant to do while a COMPLETED ship is docked at a Shipyard, then it instantly undocks and becomes vulnerable to attack.
This is mildly annoying given the fact that a Shipyard in the only way to produce a full pre built ship safely while under siege, as the Blueprints system will spawn it undocked and floating as standard.

Steps to reproduce
- dock a ship to a shipyard core anchor
- place weapons, effects, ... on your hotbar
- use any of those items and you undock (also happens if you use a slot that has nothing in it)
Notice immediate undock, Despite this behaviour not being present for standard rail docking
Tester information (Internal use only)
It's now switched around.
You can undock with a raildocker but not with a ship core beam.

Seems like any hotbar slot triggers it, no matter what is in it (empty ones do it too), only happens for the ship directly docked to the anchor.

Mostly fixed.
You can dock to a shipyard anchor with a rail docker or by using a ship core docking beam.
The same should apply for un-docking and in this case only a rail docker will do that, the ship core beam does nothing so that needs to be fixed.
