In first person mode, your view comes out of the neck of the astronaut. This makes you feel like your astronaut is much smaller than he actually is.

It was raised, but not enough. Adding the raised amount again should put it right in the middle of the eyes, currently it's where the mouth is.
No change, maybe it's not in the devbuild although this commit was done 1 hour before the dev I'm using was built.

The fix didn't get deleted in the repository, unlike some of the other lost fixes recently... so I think the fix is coming in the next build.
