Fix Confirmed the claimed systems fix themselfs after one autosave and then a turn after said autosave (I agree with brent the command that forces faction point turns should also autosave however this report is fixed)
Fix confirmed! able to undock and redock without any issues using both the core beam and rail docker (Might not be intended to be able to use core beams to dock but going to leave that alone)
Retested via provided steps and seems to be working. I was unable to get the create docking to stay on between shipcores.

Not sure what might be causing this. It doesn't show wrong on my card.
caused by ghost connections to core (weapon computer that doesnt exist anymore but is listed in the connection).

I've fixed the beams, but I was able to see stars fine behind glass so I'll need some more information there.

I know this is not the JVM-crash detected dialog, but it does contain the same text as the old JVM-crash dialog.
it needs to at least be changed too.
