Upping priority for the thrust update
-Confirmed-

is the used Shipyard factioned?
are you in the same faction if it is?
(assuming both no .. because singleplayer?)
are you able to undock and redock to eliminate the problem in those cases?
do the docked ships which do fail have docked entities on there own ?
Katarone beat me to it. I confirm his report, it's happening again.
I'll try creating a fresh server later, to see if it's somehow that the age of the server (same one since the launcher came out) that's causing this. I'll also try removing all blueprint permissions for the time being.

The described phenomenon occurs with the default server.cfg and the provided settings.cfg.
However, it appears to be hardware dependant.
It occurred on an intel HD Graphics 4600 gpu, while it didn't occur on an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 GPU.
As I do not possess any other GPUs, I cannot test any further.
You can upload the files directly to phabricator by using drag and drop on the the textfield for comment.
If you don't want too many people to see them, you can ask to have the view privileges of this ticket limited.
Yes, I have admin privileges on the server.
How do you want me to send you the logfiles? Text-copy into this textfield, or direct file transfer somehow?
My Java is current (1.7.0_91 (64 bit)). I don't have an Ubuntu machine myself to try it on, but we have more than one CentOS x64 here. Only mine does this weird crash.
I'm using the final version of CentOS 6.
The graphics card couldn't cause an issue like this, could it?

I attempted to reproduce this with your server settings and was unable to. I did look through your log and I see where about 50 entities were spawned but im pretty sure that was the trading guild ships you mentioned. For the sake of making the search through that log easier, Can you tell me what the name of ships were that spawned on you? regular isanths or..?
It remembers it per entity type, not per entity. This is intended (for now?). So all ships share the same symmetry you've set, and all static entities do it too (planets, stations)

There is no description about what did happen in this report.
please give a description what did happen and add a log.txt.0 file from when it did happen.
Can happen with build blocks too, not just ship cores. esp. if the build block has no space above it (even with plenty of space to the lower sides)
Glass also still has plane issues when rendering (connected arias of glass render some internal planes, which appear to be based on position, much like the lighting bugs).

not sure if it is intended to be possible to undock from the side of the docker with logic.
but in any case .. the rail docker should not rotate
here is the blueprint. sorry for the delay.
What server ?
How many players are connected when it happens?
Could you please add a log.txt.x file from one of the failed tries to connect .
Could you please add a sample blueprint for the problem ?
I don't know if this will help but I've noticed that if after I enter an entity for the first time and enter the core, immediately exit (into stuck mode of course) re-enter the core from stuck then exit again (not stuck) I can enter and exit the core as often as I like without getting stuck again as long as I don't leave the entity itself.
I believe this might be (in part?) referring to sector borders. Inexplicabley, ships are often hurled a distance away from an Observer who is just crossing the sector engaged in a battle with them, requiring them to hold their course and cross over in the hopes they line up again, or redirect their fire at this new location the ship ended up in.
Unable to Prove, Got the biggest ship planted it by a pirate station, kept poking the station to generate spawn, having no trouble...Passing off to others.

I was reffered to this task after mentioning issues with pulses on chat. I can confirm that in the latest build this issue also occurs with damage pulse and warheads which would suggest that the issue is with the explosion system itself rather than something specific to missiles.
thats probably because there are only 3 blocks for slabs bringing the field count to 3 (0-3)
you may have success with reducing the sub blocks by combining them into 4 under lets say the hepta block
"All rotational direction produce the same result"
you have to set mirror in advanced build mode to mirror them
Was running the Version it was tested on, Not a dev-build,
Try this one
i thought you would simply add the template or provide the link
The 'NOT' was a correct as my 1st message had a typo (did instead of did NOT)
I was using benches UDP template when I noticed the oddity then made a few more template and it appears to be a consistently occurring error.
I tried 'sitting' with the 'O' key before entering a core. It seems to work!
I just experienced this bug, I came back to my shipyard and discovered that all systems in the sector had unlinked. I was last in that sector a day or two before I returned so I don't know when it exactly happened.
