Will not fix for the moment, because the nature of java-swing needs a parent JDialog or JFrame which has to be set to visible
TLDR: Was chasing down some wayward space debris I apparently owned and had thought deleted in an SP Creative game. Had odd occurrences during, and after admin tping back to test platform sector ended up reinventing the rectangle.

[2016-05-20 16:01:32] [CLIENT] WARNING: received large (>128kb) NT package: 2293078 / 2293078
sorry but this isnt a bug. it sounds like a network problem on your end or an ISP problem.
the bug testers cant help there.
At this point our players have basically given up on email, as the perception is that its too unreliable.

Even at a 1-blueprint limit, a very large server will run into this problem.
A quite hidden one: "Display Help" menu isn't readible 2 sentences are cut and unreadable.
But I didn't tested pink rod.
Well one BP is very extreme, the default is at 25 or so. And the restrictive ones I played on are at 10 or so.
(Or disable blueprinting in total.)

I get this issue as well (on multiplayer), where the shipyard gets stuck loading a design. Sometimes restarting the game fixes the issue. Other times it does not, so my shipyard is useless. I have tried removing the shipyard computer, anchor, and shipyard modules to sort of "reset" the system, but it doesn't work. I wish I could say what events lead up to this, but I cannot. I can say though that I don't do a lot of converting blueprints to shipyard designs. It seems completely random to me. Sometimes the shipyard works, sometimes it does not, and it doesn't seem to matter what I was doing with it beforehand. It's very frustrating though, so I just don't use the shipyard at all anymore except to break down ships.
