possible fixed due to sector border fuzzyness fix
Also resolves issue where rest damage of missile wouldnt do damage if shields were completely taken out on the same hit.
Fixed afaik.
in case of a beam issue remaining. it should be handled in a different issue

Turrets/Docks should no longer be undocked upon duplicating a ship
I was trying out the move fleet command while I was aligned to, and inside my ship. I was about to create a bug report, but then I found this ticket.

im still seeing some movement during sector changes. if the ship is right side up in the universe then your character will jump up a block or so and fall back to where you were standing. but if the ship is upside down in the universe then your character will go down into the floor so your upper half is sticking out of the block you were standing on.

I second that recommendation to move to SemVer's scheme for version IDs, or at least something similar...
