"The first one that I noticed was standard armor becoming fuzzy and distorted in texture appearance when I move a small distance away from it."
From the thread;
Effected videocards here: Kids - EN7800GTX, EN7900GTX, and my work PC - EN7950GTX. No issues on a EN9800GTX (one of my other kid's PCs). Also tested on my older gaming system with SLi EN7800GTX, same error there.
I have sent a message asking for the logs. Does he have a user name for this bug system?

Can you take a screenshot of this?
Or name a specific resolution where this happens?

May be related to "No Damage dealt".
Can we get a logfile?

Yes noticed that too, also missiles seem to kill it.
Also:
Raising priority, as this defeats the purpose of defence systems and similar traps, that should rely on them.
You can get rid of it, when going into a core, switch to build mode and then wait until the "build-mode" flashing is over.
After this its fixed.
sounds like a corrupted universe to me. something broke on update i do assume.
Error is "critical starmade error"
Guess there is alot on the stardock forum.
Annoying unintended bug that disrupts gameplay flow.
I was able to reproduce this affect by switching between a shipcore and a buildblock on a station.

Could you please add the log.txt.o file of one of these crashes here ?

we had similar problems before
I think I know how to reproduce it. It's working fine for ships (for me at least), the white overlay resets correctly if you interrupt that flashing cycle for ships.
Okay, tested this in some details again over the last few days, and used the need to move our huge station to the twitchcon server to examine wireless links and blueprinted stations on their transit between servers.
No support cases about this.
Can you throw me the coordinates of both gates in a a slack convo?
I'd like to take a look at them. If there is some pattern we can try to reproduce it with on our testserver.
If this is on test server could I get the cords, also what graphics settings you have?
Able to reproduce 77% of the time, Claiming & Processing

Yes, both gates stations.

could even be trivial only, if it isnt potentially confusing

Fix confirmed.
Entities now only abide by the limits for their own type, if those were set.
However, one of the popups indicating the limit-breach has the mass variable mistaken for the block-count variable. Floating point steps also play a part:
- Ship
- Block limit: 1000
- Mass limit: 5.1
- Station
- Planet
An example BlockConfigImport.xml would probably help in this case.

When undocking from any rail or shipyard, while not using the core's view, the camera temporarily reverts back to the core's view for a splitsecond, before returning to its previous view.

The faction permission module does not disable the faction-protection of an adjacent warpgate-computer's destination-setting. Whether or not the player attempting to change them is and admin or not had no visible influence on the behaviour, even if admins were permitted to bypass faction-restrictions in the server.cfg.

You might remove all of them and put in the required to see if it fixes the issue, and then reinstall both again..
