- you use a U shaped shipyard
- when building a design in there you can build past the outline of the U
- the design does get build into a ship by the shipyard when given the build command ?

you cant have a turret operational on a basic rail thats intended
therefore rejecting as user error
What server was that being tested on?
are you able to supply the blueprint?
could it be possible that you have used the same name for the turret more than once?
have you been on a sector border or in the vicinity of a planet?
Going to ignore the secondary problems with your build for now.
