Bug confirmed in latest dev version.
Removed data unrelated to bug (bug is independent of the version and branch of the JVM)
The test was performed in both SP and the testserver, yielding the same behaviour on both sides.
Build inhibitor tool confirmed to prohibit placing blocks. When attempting to place blocks a popup message indicates, that a build inhibitor is used by a player, including the ingame name of the player.

Corruption detection and reset confirmed to work.
Confirmed.
The windows launcher is unaffected, as it does not provide the function of updating from console.
The OS-X launcher is assumed to behave like the windows launcher, and to not apply, as OS-X is rarely used for servers.
Confirmed for linux launcher, tests with the windows and OS-X launcher pending.

I am unable to assert the existence or nonexistence of this bug, as the message refered to does not show up at all in my testing environment.
However, I'd like to add, that the default PersonalSalvageBeamBonus setting is 1.25, not 2.
Confirmed
The method used to reproduce:
- build a ship with a single weapon
- create a blueprint of that ship
- spawn the blueprint of that ship
- move out of the range of the weapon on the ship, while having the ship selected
- use "/start_ship_ai -1" to start the ship's AI as a pirate
- wait to see if the AI detects you(if it does, you either calculated the wrong range for its weapon, or this bug is fixed)
- slowly move closer, observing the AI ship(it should start moving or shooting when it detects you)
- observe as the AI ship only starts reacting, when you enter the range of its weapon
Confirmed.

Blowing up a planet does update the map, however /destroy_entity_dock used on stations[or planets] does not update the map. A planet destroyed using /destroy_entity_dock will still be indicated on the map, even after a restart.
