Description

To reproduce:

Join a server you havn't joined before.
Have another client of yours join the same server under a different nick
Make or join a faction with one of the connected clients

The message shouldn't be displayed when having no faction(a.k.a factionID=0)

Edit: This also happens when someone leaves a faction, every factionless player recieves a "<playername> has joined your faction" notice.
