Starmade | Tipps.txt doesn't support non-English letters

Description

If you will alter /data/config/tipps.txt file to non-English letters (I just tried to translate it) it will show you nice symbols instead of needed.

Confirmed to not support most non-ascii unicode characters. known tested exceptions, which are supported are äöüÄÜ (Ö being not supported for an unknown reason)
May or may not be affected by localization settings of the OS or Java.

Not relevant anymore, tips have been removed as you know it. They may re-appear in an in-game feature at some point.
