Indeed, this stabilizer arrow is sitting around in build mode and on screenshots on any entity type.
Problem was fixed a few builds ago, I assume this can be closed then?

Tried to go back in and try again with an export, but it seems the universe has now become corrupted and is unable to load. That could be why it wasn't working. Started a new universe and built the same thing again, this time it does export and admin loads fully complete. Sorry for the false bug report. I've never had a universe fail before.

I am not sure what means about shipyard broken. My ship is in 100% loaded situation, but I just can't build it or unload it then start a new one.

is there a storage attached to the salvager ?
and you wouldnt be able to transfer the salvaged blocks through the turret docks anyways
(or has that being changed ?)

[ver 0.200.334] I am unable to reproduce in Singleplayer or Multiplayer. Saving with Save Blueprint and spawning using Admin Load both work fine for me. Even saving to local from multiplayer and uploading the blueprint from local work with no issues.
Yes, this happens in test server. My station is near at -2,23,22. Next to UA2's home base.

That is exactly the problem with it.
Seems to only attack active AIs but also seems to ignore factioned ships without relation.
Have you turned on the target ship's AI? Turrets don't target inactive AI ships regardless of IFF.
