I fixed the issue with the empty boxes (was not a language but a cleanup problem with the new font system, which got triggered on language switch (after restart the problem was gone))

As a matter of fact, I am going to give you the very ship that has been experiencing this problem. The elevators near the ship core have a habit of becoming disconnected if the rails change direction while moving. The splitting door on the left side of the ship near the front have not successfully opened and closed once. There are some rails and spaces for doors to come down in the very front where the ship opens to the unenclosed area where I had previously put the same door in four locations and one of those locations did not work at all and one only worked on occasion. If the ship doesn't load or the file doesn't work, please let me know.
Do you have a sample blueprint that has a high chance of triggering this problem?

If you have your blueprint saved in SP, or saved it to local in MP, you can find it in your ./StarMade/blueprints folder
Just look for its name, put it in an archive (rar, zip, 7z) and then drag and drop that file into the comment section of phabricator to upload it here.

Missing effects in blockConfig.
Repulsor still needs proper textures, block icon needs to get added then.
Can rotate, but the texture doesn't rotate with it. Config issue.

Stealth drive should stay active but cloaking should definitely disabled as soon as something on your ship or its docks fires a weapon.

Most noticeable spots:
- Language selection screen
- Ingame "Top button bar - "fleets, faction, inventory, catalogue" completely messed up the order of the button labels.
If both the master and its support/effect computer get removed in the same action, the support/effect computer will have a ghost link as the ship core wants to relink to the support/effect computer as that lost its master.
