rejecting this because this is an side effect on how the server handles placement and removal of blocks.

Problem is back client side
when overheating a ship you can kill the core in multiplayer. i do asume it is a visual client side problem only, because i cant reproduce it with the same test setup on singleplayer.

its usually a client side effect only. showing removed blocks as broken ones as if damaged.
its due to remove and placement of blocks being queued server side.
depending on how many you place that effect can go on for quite a while.
