Starmade | Right shift / build mode info not working properly on a large planet and station

Description

Ran across this while examining T573.

Holding right shift to display entity info for that block near certain edges of planet plates fails to show the information.
This is not related to unitialized blocks as adding and removing blocks from non displaying areas is not prevented.

Using right shift in astronaut mode seems to be unaffected and the behavior is only in the plates buildmode, however, attempting to use right shift in astronaut mode while zoomed out (3rd person view) will show no info at all.

Steps to reproduce
  1. make a station and put down long lines of hull in each direction
  2. check when the right shift info stops appearing. (about 80-100 blocks away from the station marker)
Tester information (Internal use only)

The information you see while holding right shift only displays for the first few chunks near the marker. Beyond a certain range, it won't display.
This seems to be the same range for X, Y and Z axis, about 180 blocks long or 5-6 chunks (32 chunk) wide.

It would seem that this is correct upon trying to see info on a planet edge it does not work in build mode however attempting to do so in astronaut mode works just fine.

I want to ask though, Why would anyone ever use that info? what does it tell them? apart from block type not much :P

Fixed with the build-mode info checkbox, however there is still a large zone away from the core where this info does not pop up, but that is its own issue (quite trivial.)
