Starmade | disabling radar jammer resets power storage to 0

Description

Using a radar jammer is fine but when you de-activate it, it resets your power to 0 storage. Your power consumption meter does not change so it is definitely a reset, and not a large consumption.

Cloaker and piercing appears to be fine, haven't checked other computers that can be activated.

I can confirm this happens on v0.19362 (Edit)

I tested on 2 different ships from a clean install.
One was a single core, and a few power reactor blocks only, using the core's base power capacity.
Then made a slightly bigger ship with power capacitors and a higher recharge rate.
Both had this issue, and it happens everytimes the radar jammer is toggled off. Restarting the game changes nothing.

How to reproduce:

  1. Put radar jammer on a ship.
  2. Toggle the jammer on.
  3. Toggle it off.

Other Observations:

  • If your recharge rate is low, (5 power reactor blocks) and you just toggled off the jammer, you'll notice that the power bar sometimes fill up completely suddenly, before your ship can actually refill the energy bar on its own. There might be some kind of timing issue here.
