Starmade | Bobby ai type "fleet" odd behavior

Description

Placing a bobby ai on a core then cycling through to "fleet", without setting ai to active, will cause the ship to act of its own accord, at least when pirates are near.

Steps to reproduce
  1. place core
  2. place bobby ai on core
  3. spawn a pirate entity
  4. open bobby ai interface and cycle type to "fleet"
Tester information (Internal use only)

Confirmed behaviour problem:
"Bobby AI" mode "Fleet" takes immediately effect
and cant be stopped without entering the entity
or setting an alternative mode to active and inactive again.
