2 cases:

  • unloaded overheating fleet ships can move around
  • noenter/noexit sectors don't prevent AI controlled ships ships from moving into or through it

Steps to reproduce
  1. make a sector noenter + noexit
  2. make a fleet, assign a ship, give it a move order to that sector
  3. fleet can move in that sector and out without a problem. Loaded and unloaded.

  1. overheat a fleet ship (/set_entity_structure_hp_percent 0.4)
  2. admin warp out of load range
  3. issue a move order

The first issue has since been fixed, but the second issue of fleet ships being able to move into and out of noexit/noenter sectors still exists and is a problem. We use these flags for our quests and build accounts (players are locked into a sector with creative mode), so this is a bit of a problem for us as we've been having users using fleets to get out of these sectors.

Hm, I'm still unable the first issue. Perhaps the sector was not unloaded yet for you? It takes about 20-30 seconds after leaving it to become unloaded.
