A couple days ago I played some multiplayer with my nephew. I made a fleet of small ships and gave them an attack order to the sector he was in. He was in a huge ship. He killed them all, I saw every single one of them overheat, as I was in my cloak ship watching. A couple days later, I was in single player, and realized the fleet was still listed under my fleet menu. I thought it was strange that they still existed. I gave the fleet a move order to my current position. I watched the map, and I saw the green ship icon moving across the galaxy map. When the ships arrived, they were all listed as overheating. And had overheating countdown timers. After arriving at my current position, they would not move, and stayed dead, like they should be. But when in an unloaded state, they followed my move orders.

Steps to reproduce
- Create a fleet
- Add one ship to the fleet
- attack the ship until it overheats
- admin warp 4 or 5 sectors away, far enough that the ship is unloaded
- give the fleet an order to move to your position
Result: unloaded ships seem to follow move commands even after being overheated.

Hm thought we already had that reported but can't find it. Going to merge it with our other fleet move issue.
