While in gravity on ships, walking across non-cube hull blocks sometimes causes gravity to neutralize for no reason. To reproduce, step onto the diagonal side of a wedge or tetra while in a ship's gravity. This happens more frequently if there is a block overhead (such as a 3m high wall made of a wedge at the bottom, a cube in the middle, and a wedge at the top. This bug may occur more frequently on docked ships, but this is uncertain. I have not observed this on stations so far.

Are you sure this is related to non cubic blocks? It sounds like you're getting it a lot on docked entities (big or small ones?) but not on undocked ships.
Could be this if you have big ships: http://phab.starma.de/T542
or maybe something like: http://phab.starma.de/T386
It is absolutely related to non-cubic blocks and it is not related to either of those issues. This issue happens to me frequently onboard a particular ship while walking through a diagonal 3x3 hallway with beveled edges. I can screenshot the hallway if that would be helpful.
The last time I remember this happening, I was quite close to the ship core (less than 20m away) and the ship was docked.
I have experienced the alignment bug as well and I am certain it is different. The alignment bug occurs when attempting to align. The gravity bug occurs when coming into contact with particular blocks under particular circumstances, not when docking or when making an alignment attempt.
Better yet, here is a link to the ship resource. My friend uploaded it to the dock. http://starmadedock.net/content/sbs-171-masakari.3525/
The hallway that I notice the problem in most often is the curved one around the ship core room.
To reproduce:
- (Optional I think) dock the ship.
- Enter ship's gravity
- Walk through the hallway around the ship core.
- Step on the curved portion of the wall.
If memory serves, the issue is most pronounced when docked and stepping on a tetra.
-Confirmed-
It would seem that when a ship is docked wedges, corners, curves and other non cube shaped blocks will auto kick you out of gravity upon pushing against them.
Example:
Additionally i found another bug with docked gravity, Basically it looks like if a ship is docked to another ship/station/anything and you enter gravity in that ship if you are over say 80M from the thing you are docked to (in this case rail basic) it will kick you out of gravity and no matter how many times you hit that gravity block you can't reenter gravity until you are less then 80M away.
